Mouth watering recipes for your loved ones

Malaiwale subzi kofta curry
Ab aan milo sajna...


Malaiwale subzi kofta curry Ingredients:
200 gm chopped spinach
200 gm chopped cabbage
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
50 gm gram flour
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
3 - 4 tbsp whipping cream

Method:
  1. Mix chopped spinach and cabbage and blend them for 20-30 seconds. It should not be very smooth.
  2. Squeeze all the water from the mixture and add cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt, chilli and turmeric powder . Mix well.
  3. Then add gram flour to the above mixture and make balls. Fry them in oil until brown, remove and keep aside.
  4. In a separate pan, heat oil and fry the onions until golden color. Then add tomatoes and fry for another few minutes.
  5. Now add whipping cream, salt, chilli powder and cook until the gravy thickens.
  6. Transfer the gravy to a serving dish, place the fried koftas and serve.

Nariyal aur badam wale chawal...
Sasural ki pasand....


Nariyal aur badam wale chawal Ingredients:
2 cups basmati rice
1 coconut - grated
50 gms almonds sliced
6 green chillies chopped
4 garlic flakes
2 onions chopped
1" cinnamon stick
2 cloves
2 cardamoms
4 tbsp oil
2 tsp ghee or butter
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 sprigs curry leaves
Salt to taste

Method:
  1. Remove thick milk from the coconut by blending. To 1 glass of coconut milk, add 1 glass of water and keep aside.
  2. Mix the green chillies, garlic flakes, cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms and fry them in ghee until golden brown in color.
  3. To these, add the remaining coconut pulp and blend to fine mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and season with mustard seeds and curry leaves. Also add chopped onions and fry them well. To this, add the ground mixture along with coconut milk and mix well.
  5. Now add rice, salt and cook until the rice gets done.
  6. Garnish with almonds, coriander leaves, curry leaves and serve hot.
